The Michelin Power One brings Competition Design Technology (CDT) to the most demanding Street and track-day riders. The Michelin Power One is a street legal tire with a “95% slick” tread pattern that helps to maximize it’s contact patch. Newley developed rubber compounds improve warm-up time and grip in cooler temperatures compared with its predecessor. The Michelin Power One is designed using 2 Compound Technology (2CT) in both the front and rear tires.
The Michelin PILOT POWER and PILOT POWER 2CT are high performance oriented tires for the sport riding enthusiast. The PILOT POWER and PILOT POWER 2CT use compounding and construction techniques straight from race tires used in Moto GP. Despite being the softest tires in their category, they do not sacrifice wear. They also provide excellent grip in wet and dry conditions. Great grip and long wear are the result of the tire's ultra-fine silica, new additives and synthetic elastomers. The PILOT POWER 2CT has a 20% softer compound on the tire shoulders for greater grip at high angles.
